I'm beginning again today. I've just decided not to eat on weekends until I get home. I always end up eating and eating and eating and eating and eating and.. need I go on?
It's time to get my life back in check, time to get organised! I have to get ready for classes, so I'll write a longer post later.

(Ps. I changed the layout of my blog, but I don't know if I like it yet. I might change it back... Let me know what you think).

50.
I'm finally back down to 50kg (110lbs).
I have four weeks to go. If I lose one kilo a week for the next four weeks, I'll be happy. Five kgs in four weeks would bring me down to 45kgs and would make me ecstatic! I shall be living of salad for the next four weeks (good thing I love salad).
I'm off to bed so I'll post a longer message tomorrow.
Only five kgs to go...

Day One officially completed.
Today I had:
Coffee
Two pieces of toast
A small bowl of salad.
I also went running for an hour.
Success!
I have a ballet class tomorrow- the dance teacher here heard I did ballet and offered to do some classes with me. Hopefully I can build up some of the muscle that's been fading away while I've been here.
28 days until I fly home. I'm a little worried I'll get lost at the airport and miss my flight! I've written myself a note to remind me to ask that they drop me off at the airport a little earlier than they usually would, just to allow time for me getting lost :)
It will be good to go home again. It's been a very interesting and rewarding experience, but I'm almost ready to go home.
I miss the comfort of my own room.
I miss my dog, my parents, my sister.
I miss being able to do what I want, when I want.
I miss my friends and their many talents.
I miss riding into town to go borrow books from the library on a Sunday afternoon.
I miss my own bed with its bird-patterned cover. I miss Elliot, the teddy bear I've had since I was a week old.
I miss being able to turn the music up and sing to my heart's content.
I miss my ballet classes.
I miss my front garden.
I miss the smell of my hometown.
I miss vegemite.
I miss Australian accents.
I miss the brilliant blue skies.
I miss the night sky
I miss the dry heat of the day.
I miss having my own bathroom.
I miss the feeling of security I get from being surrounded by some of the most beautiful ranges in the word.
I miss walking down the street to my friends house in my pyjamas.
I miss riding down to my parent's nursery.
I miss my glass desk and my wall covered in magazine pictures.
I miss home.
It's not an overwhelming feeling of homesickness, it's just a little dull ache hiding somewhere in the pit of my stomach.
I'm glad I came on exchange. It's an amazing experience and I won't forget my time here. I've learnt so much, and I know that the person who returns home will be very different to the person that left.
I'm made some amazing friends, one in particular, who has invited me to stay with her in Peru if ever I'm in that part of the world.
Only 28 days until home. I want to enjoy all the time I have left, and a little part of me wants it to go as quickly as the first two months of my exchange have flown by.
At this time in four weeks, I'll be getting into bed, for my last night overseas.
I hope I'll be thin enough in time.

So I've decided to challenge myself.
I've drawn up a little challenge for myself. I've written out what I should eat in a day and for the next thirty days, I will follow it TO THE LETTER. It also coincides with lent, which I find rather amusing :)
ANYWAY.
Yes, Thirty Days is the number of days I have until I fly back home :O
Only thirty days to get RID of all this FAT.
I can do it, but it's going to take some work.
I can do this I can do this I can do this.
I CAN DO THIS.
I hope.
The school I'm staying at put on a performance of the Wizard of Oz. It was a very 'high school' production to say the least. Geez, if you're going to make the characters sing, at least get someone who CAN sing. The musical numbers were all an octave too high for the cast, which left them screeching as they tried to reach the high notes. SomeWHHERREE over the rainBOWWWW.
teehee rant over.
I'm going to make this work!
The thirty days begins... NOW.
ps. Does anyone know of any low-calorie soup recipes? I would greatly appreciate some :)

So I've had an idea..
As I was sitting here omnomnoming away at my third bowl of oatmeal (today was an epic fail), I was thinking. Wouldn't it be great if just at the moment you were going to reach for that meal that you know will turn into a full-blown binge, you could text a number, saying something like "Stuff it, I'll just have one little plate of food", to which you would get the reply: "OH NO YOU FUCKING DON'T! YOU'VE WORKED TO HARD FOR THIS TO BLOW IT ALL ON FOOD!" Imagine how many binges could be avoided.
So, my idea is to make that a possibility. I'm guessing a whole lot of you own ipod touches/iphones. Download an app called "text me". My contact name will be lillieflower. Anytime you're about to fail, text me (it uses the internet, so it won't cost you anything and you can 'text' worldwide). I will talk you out of it, and hopefully, you will can do the same for me.
I still doubt that anyone reads this blog sometimes, but if you do, add me, text me, and hopefully we will all benefit.
